What to Expect
When you arrive at European Tan & Spa for your service you will be provided with slippers and a comfortable robe to wear during your spa experience. During your treatment you will always be draped to protect your privacy.
Spa Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquility. Out of respect for our guests we ask that you turn off all cell phones and other electronics. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a treatment themselves.
Promptness
Please arrive 15 munutes prior to your appointment. Unfortunately arriving late will deprive you the precious time of your spa service. Treatments will always end on time so the next guest is not delayed.
Reservations
In order for us to serve you better, reservations are encouraged.
Cancellations
The treatments you select have been reserved especially for you. A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested. Failure to show will result in all future treatments being pre-paid.
Gratuities
To show appreciation to the service provider for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
